If you are new to Alcester and are not sure about Proposer etc. please ask at the Bar or contact a member of the Committee for assistance.
Please find below a Membership Application form for downloading, this comes with some important information about Membership.
If you have any other questions or queries please ask at the Bar where our Steward, Stewardess or our staff will endeavor to help you.
In order to process your application we ask that you enclose your payment with the completed application form. If, in the unlikely event your membership is rejected, you will receive a full refund. Please obtain a receipt for your payment.
Please return your application to the Secretary, at the Clubs address or call in and leave it with the Staff behind the Bar.
Your application will be processed and your details will be put on the Club notice board* for a minimum period of 2 weeks. Subject to a general Committee vote, you will be sent your door entry swipe card and a welcome letter.
You are welcome to use the Club facilities once your application form is received.

Joint New Members
A discount of £10 per couple off the joining fees is available for 2 people joining, living at the same address.

* Please note that we will copy and publish your completed application form on the notice board, if you don’t want your details given out in this way please let us know in writing.
** Seniors are taken as 65 years of age for both Ladies and Gentlemen.
